Our Associated organization
We envision the Ellsberg Whistleblower Award evolving into a global network of support and recognition for whistleblowers, particularly in regions where their contributions to democracy and the common good might otherwise be overlooked. To achieve this, we are building an international network of non-profit organizations that will have the opportunity to nominate deserving whistleblowers from their respective regions for the award.
Requirements and Admission
- It’s free:)
- Organizations wanting to join shall contribute to our goals and objectives: to honor courageous whistleblowers and stimulate public discourse on the crucial issues they bring to light
- Admission is granted through a majority vote of the relevant committee or the executive board
